Your Head Office Support Team

Working with our in-house marketing team we will put in place Google Adwords, Facebook marketing and automated email marketing campaigns and inbound marketing on a monthly basis. You will also receive comprehensive sales training from our Training and Development Director.

Our sales effort is very much proactive and consultative we work with the schools to understand their requirements and during tough economic times, their budgets.

This is a candidate driven market where your recruitment activity and our market leading knowledge puts you at a significant advantage. Your staff come first and along with our ethical and honest approach to staff recruitment and retention is the cornerstone of your business.


Recruiting Staff Effectively & Systematically

This is a fast moving market and we have automated as much of the processes as possible. Using our gold standard, specialist recruitment CRM system you have a suite of products that will help meet the high demand of this sector. Job boards and DBS checking software are provided and paid for in the first year.

The systems and processes we employ have been thoroughly stress tested and will significantly help you grow and develop your business.

Your Role

You will benefit massively from our experience in setting up our Education Recruitment Franchise as we are adopting the same methodologies. In essence you will concentrate on the two areas of the business that produce revenue – Business Development and Recruitment.

We will handle everything else at Head Office - All accounting, invoicing, cash collection, payroll.

Low Fees Year One

We will pay all software costs in year one and perform all back office functions such as accounting and payroll throughout the term of your franchise agreement. Your only payments will be a royalty fee of 6% for temporary staff and 15% for permanent placements which begin in month five.

We protect your cash flow by employing and paying your staff under our payroll company. This service is completely free of charge and you can be absolutely assured that this is a high quality professional service that will be welcomed by your staff.

Positive Cashflow

We have dramatically changed the franchise model to ensure you have a positive cash flow. Recruitment is a sector which traditionally needs a huge amount of start up working capital to pay staff and fund the sales ledger and typically in a fast growth business such as ours this would be around £60,000.

We appreciate that this is a huge barrier to the majority of potential partners and to remove this all your staff are paid directly by Elephant Pay and all invoices are raised by Head Office with your gross profit is paid weekly.

We do this because we want you to be confident that you will be creating revenue as soon as possible.
